PET POLICY

 At Pinnacle Residences, we believe pets are cherished members of the family! Our pet policy warmly welcomes cats and dogs with a maximum of 2 pets and dogs weighing 50 pounds or less. We require all pets to be registered with management.” to “Our pet policy warmly welcomes cats and dogs with a maximum of 2 pets per unit.  Dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less.  We require all pets to be up-to-date on vaccinations and to be registered with management.  A $500 non-refundable pet fee is applicable, as well as a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Residents are expected to adhere to leash rules in common areas and ensure their pets are well-behaved and do not disturb neighbors.  Please note that aggressive breeds are not permitted.  With designated pet areas and nearby parks, Pinnacle Residences strives to create a pet-friendly community where every wagging tail feels at home!
